Scotney GP, East Sussex side
- Saw 10+ White-fronted Geese but unable to make a positive ID of the 2 Bean Geese that were almost certainly there.
Lade Gravel Pits, Kent
- Great views of the Long-tailed Duck - at last, at my third attempt!
- No sign of the Slavonian Grebe and missed the Dartford Warbler by minutes.
Rye Harbour NNR, East Sussex
- At roost time at the viewpoint at Castle Water, I saw a Marsh Harrier and heard a Cetti's Warbler.
