A day of consolidation, with no obvious headline birds but nevertheless another excellent experience.
After starting at Holkham to beat the crowds, we moved east to Kelling, then back west to Cley for lunch, then Stiffkey Fen before finishing up at Wells North Point.
- At Holkham, after walking the length of the woods hearing and seeing numerous warblers, we saw an excellent display from the Spoonbills (5+) and the Cattle Egrets (2) from the Joe Jordan Hide.

- At Kelling Water Woods we saw a Common Sandpiper and a Spotted Redshank but we arrived too late to get the Pied Flycatcher and the Wood Sandpiper.

- Just before lunch we moved to Cley - east path - to see 2 cracking Wood Sandpipers and a Ruff.

- After lunch we spent a lovely time on Stiffkey Fen where I saw my first Green Sandpiper of the year and a superb Little Gull.
